The company is targeting $50 billion in annual revenue within the decade through accretive acquisitions and organic growth.Job DescriptionProduction & Equipment OperationOperate cable fabrication and production equipment according to work orders, production schedules, and specificationsMonitor equipment performance and ensure products are manufactured accurately and efficientlyEnsure proper alignment, positioning, and preparation of materials throughout the production processAssist with machine setup, adjustments, and routine operational checksReport equipment malfunctions or operational concerns promptlyAssembly & Material HandlingAssemble, bundle, and prepare finished products according to production requirementsInstall and secure production components and accessories as requiredCarry, stack, organize, and stage finished products for storage or shipmentCount, organize, and prepare materials and hardware needed for production ordersOperate forklifts and material handling equipment safely when authorizedQuality ControlInspect products throughout the manufacturing process to ensure compliance with specificationsVerify measurements, counts, and assembly requirementsIdentify and report quality concerns, damaged materials, or production discrepanciesSupport continuous quality improvement effortsSafety & HousekeepingFollow all company safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirementsParticipate in safety meetings and support a safety-first cultureMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaEnsure proper handling and storage of materials, tools, and equipmentTeam CollaborationWork closely with supervisors, leads, and production team members to meet production goalsSupport efficient workflow and operational productivityParticipate in training and skill development activitiesPerform additional duties as assignedQualificationsStrong attention to detail and ability to follow instructionsBasic math and measurement skillsMechanical aptitude and ability to operate or learn production equipmentStrong communication and teamwork skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong work ethic and commitment to safetyExperience in manufacturing, fabrication, production, construction, or industrial environmentsExperience operating production equipment or machineryExperience with material handling equipment such as forkliftsWelding, cutting, fabrication, or maintenance experience is a plusBilingual communication skills are a plusWork is performed in a manufacturing and production environmentExposure to machinery, noise, dust, and industrial materialsAbility to stand for extended periods throughout the shiftFrequent lifting, bending, reaching, and repetitive physical movementsAbility to lift and move materials weighing up to 75 poundsMay require overtime or extended hours to meet production schedulesMust adhere to all safety procedures and PPE requirements at all timesBenefitsHealth Care BenefitsPaid Time OffBenefits for union-represented roles are determined by the applicable collective bargaining agreement and may differ from standard company benefits.QXO is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
