Production AssociateThe Pre-stager is responsible for all scanning activities and product movement form the lines to the Shipping Bays. This position is also responsible for providing complete and accurate bar code scans to maintain integrity of accuracy and participating in efforts to meet and continually improve the department's quality, productivity, and safety.Duties And ResponsibilitiesMaintains safe, organized, and neat warehouseMaintains Scan accuracyAssists in year-end finished goods inventory processInteracts with other departments to assure proper coordination of activitiesUnderstands all procedures and processes for departmentAssures employees adhere to all safety rules and policies.Complete all necessary documentation neatly and accuratelyCommunicates and supports company goals and objectivesPerforms all duties assigned by department SupervisorQualificationsProven time management skills with the ability to respond to time-critical issues, and work overtime as needed to meet deadlinesExcellent work ethic – ability to work self-directed and as a flexible team playerAbility to adapt to change in a dynamic and fast paced environmentComfortably using a PC with computer software packages, including Microsoft OfficeAble to deal effectively with various personality types and culturesWhy Work For Cornerstone Building Brands?Our teams are at the heart of our purpose to positively contribute to the communities where we live, work and play.
