We are currently looking for a part-time Production Assistant to join the team.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Operate studio & remote cameras, floor direct live broadcasts and other programmingSet up and maintain studio for broadcastsPerform other duties as assignedRequirements & Skills:High school diplomaEntry level positionFluency in EnglishExcellent communication skills, both oral and writtenProficiency with computers, telephones, copiers and other office equipmentExperience with other broadcast-related equipmentAbility to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyIncludes weekend work and holidays.The Production Assistant must be able to stand for long periods of time, use electronic mail, work near others, and work indoors in environmentally controlled conditions and outdoors. In addition, the Production Assistant must be able to lift, set up and operate equipment weighing up to 50 pounds, and be able to handle, control or feel objects, tools or controls. Repetitive movements are required.
