Production Assistant/Operator Trainee 2nd Shift

Production AssociateNesco Resource is seeking a Production Associate who will be training into a CNC Laser Operator for our client in Harrison Twp, MI. Pay Rate: $18.00 Shift: Monday - Friday 2:00pm-10:40pm (OT based on needs) Production Associate Responsibilities: Cleaning and deburring of parts Counting and organizing Assisting operators package orders for shipment, helping with que material and basic shop upkeep Sanding, polishing and part finishing Once trained and in the CNC Laser Operator role, responsibilities may include: Operation and maintenance of CNC Laser Organizing, counting and deburring parts Assisting operators when needed Operate Hi-Lo Utilize nesting software to post programs Completion of paperwork and inspections Requirements: Hi-Lo (experience preferred but not required) Ability to lift 50lbs at times High School Diploma Prior CNC experience is a plus Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
