We are looking for a PRODUCTION ASSISTANT to join our Harleysville, SC plant. As a Production Assistant with Quikrete Heavy Construction Materials you will be responsible for upholding all safety, environmental, and workplace standards while supporting safe, compliant, and sustainable plant operations.

Responsibilities:
- Inspect and operate mobile equipment; perform general labor using basic hand tools.
- Monitor, adjust, and support plant equipment and processes.
- Maintain accurate logs, communicate operational issues, and support environmental compliance.
- Respond to alarms, equipment issues, and emergencies.
We Require:
- A high school diploma or GED.
- A minimum of 1-year of industrial, mechanical, or manufacturing experience.
- Good organizational and math skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
