As a Production Assembly Technician, you'll play a crucial role in assembling mechanical units and parts, contributing to high-quality products while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities:Assemble mechanical units and parts using hand and light power tools.Read and interpret production drawings and work instructions (both written and verbal).Maintain a high level of attention to detail and quality control.Work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment to meet production goals.Assist team members to ensure consistent and fluid assembly pace.Ensure safety and cleanliness standards are followed at all times.Qualified candidates must have:1-2 years of experience in a team-based assembly environment (preferred).Ability to stand for 10-hour shifts.Experience with hand and light power tools.Strong understanding of assembly instructions, blueprints, and quality standards.Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.Ability to lift up to 30 lbs regularly.Excellent attendance and punctuality.Ability to work overtime as required (especially during peak seasons).Alignment with the company's core values: Integrity, Excellence, and Respect for the Individual.Work Schedule:Monday through Thursday: 5:50 AM – 4:20 PMSeasonal Overtime on Fridays: 5:50 AM – 4:20 PMSeasonal Overtime on Saturdays: 5:50 AM – 11:30 AMBenefits:$18.75 Starting rate401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offTuition reimbursementVision insuranceIf the above is a good match for you, please apply today!
