Production And Assembly AssociateWe are seeking dependable Production and Assembly Associates to join a growing plastic manufacturing team. These positions support daily production operations in a fast-paced environment and are ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, consistency, and being part of a team. Associates will help assemble, inspect, and package plastic products while maintaining quality and safety standards throughout the production process.• 1st Shift: Monday– Friday | 8: 00 AM – 4: 30 PM | $16.00/hr.• 2nd Shift: Monday– Friday | 4: 00 PM – 12: 30 AM | $18.50/hr.• 3rd Shift: Sunday– Thursday | 12: 00 AM – 8: 30 AM | $18.50/hr.• Assemble plastic components and finished products according to work instructions.• Operate basic production and assembly equipment (training provided).• Perform visual inspections to ensure products meet quality standards.• Package, label, and prepare finished goods for shipment.• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.• Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures.• Ability to stand for extended periods of time throughout the shift.• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a production setting.• Strong attention to detail and basic hand-eye coordination.• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is preferred, but not required.• Consistent full-time schedules with multiple shift options.• Opportunity to gain hands-on manufacturing experience.• Clean, structured, and team-oriented work environment.• Training provided for entry-level candidates.
