You will impact output and product integrity within an assigned cell, working onsite on the 1st shift (Monday–Friday, 5:00am–1:30pm). You will collaborate with peers and manufacturing leads to maintain production flow and safety standards.Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the TeamPerform routine mechanical and electromechanical assembly operations following company instructions and proceduresConduct inspections of your own and others' work against company/customer drawings to ensure correctnessApply process specifications and record production time and quantity dataMaintain work area per company guidelines and participate in required eventsPerform basic welding, brazing, soldering, or operate light machinery (e.g., sand blaster, electro-etching, press)Demonstrate and follow all safety policies and proceduresMaintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance and accommodate variable schedules or additional hours as neededHere's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role2+ years of relevant experienceElectro-mechanical assembly experienceSkilled at routine mechanical and electromechanical assembly operationsAbility to operate a variety of hand tools and machineryAbility to read and interpret safety rules, operating/manufacturing instructions, policies, and proceduresGood manual dexterity for working with small partsEffective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skillsHigh School Diploma or equivalentVocational training, apprenticeship, or equivalent experience in a related fieldHere's What Else Might Help You OutExperience in PCBA production environmentsOpportunities to grow technically across multiple product linesPay Range$18.14 - $22.68/hourReady to Make Your Mark?This role may fill quickly.
