Scheduled performance reviews Referral programJob Designation: The Production Assembler 2 performs a variety of routine mechanical and/or electromechanical assembly operations under moderate guidance and in accordance with company policies and safety procedures.Responsibilities:Performs a variety of routine mechanical and/or electromechanical assembly operations in accordance with company instructions and procedures.Conducts inspections of own work and/or the work of other associates to ensure accuracy and compliance with company and/or customer drawings and specifications.Applies process specifications governing the production of products within an assigned cell and records production time and quantity data.Maintains the work area in accordance with company guidelines and participates in events as required.Performs basic welding, brazing, or soldering tasks and may operate light machinery such as sandblasting, electro-etching equipment, and presses.Actively follows and demonstrates all safety policies and procedures.Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.Maintains regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.

May be required to work nights, weekends, variable schedules, and additional hours as needed.Qualifications:Skilled in routine mechanical and/or electromechanical assembly operations.Ability to operate a variety of hand tools and machinery.Ability to read and interpret company documents, including safety rules, operating instructions, manufacturing instructions, policies, and procedures.Strong manual dexterity with the ability to work with small parts.Ability to recognize and resolve routine problems within the work area by selecting solutions from established options.Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.Education & Experience: Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent, combined with work experience that supports successful job performance. Certifications: Vocational training, apprenticeship, or equivalent experience in a related field preferred.
