You will work closely with the manufacturing team and quality/station leads to follow work instructions and complete assemblies on a first shift, onsite schedule (Monday–Friday, 5:00am–1:30pm). Your role ensures the team meets throughput and quality standards while following documented processes.Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the TeamPerform routine mechanical and electromechanical assembly of small parts or components per instructions and proceduresReview shop traveler/route cards or basic schematic drawings to confirm correct sequence of operationsPosition and handle very small parts (using tweezers, fixtures, or microscopes) and solder or bond components as requiredAdjust, bend, align, and solder fine wires to resistors and base parts; perform in-process testingBond or seal assemblies with epoxies and use ovens or direct heating elements when requiredFollow all safety policies and maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendanceBe prepared for variable scheduling needs, including potential nights, weekends, or additional hoursHere's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This RoleAssembler experienceAbility to read and interpret blueprints or basic schematic/traveler documentationStrong oral and written communication skillsHigh school diploma or equivalent1–2 years of relevant experienceGood mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity for working with small partsAbility to operate hand tools and light machineryBasic math skills and ability to follow safety rules, operating/manufacturing instructions, policies, and proceduresVocational training, apprenticeships, or equivalent practical experienceHere's What Else Might Help You OutAerospace experienceSewing experience or willingness to learn industrial sewing machine useTroubleshooting knowledgePay Range$16.00 - $20.00/hourReady to Make Your Mark?This role may fill quickly.
