Slalom is seeking talented consultants to support organizations through modernization of their product operating models and waysofworkingincluding accelerating product results by enabling the PDLC with AI.As aConsultantor Senior Consultant in our Modern Product Org capability,you'llcontribute to transformations that reshape how organizations build, deliver, and evolve products and services in the modern era, working in one or more of these areas:

• Architecting Modern Product Operating Models– Help design value-centric organizational structures, governance frameworks, and operating rhythms that enable cross-functional teams to deliver customer value at scaleand with speed, including Product Operating Models for AI Products, Data Products, and Platforms as Product
• Integrating AI into Product Strategy and Product Management– Help clients integrate AI throughout the product delivery lifecycle, from idea or need to realized value, accelerating learning and results through experimentation and validation
• Organizing Around Value Streams– Support the design and execution of transformation strategies that reshape howorganizationsstructure, fund andoperatetheir product portfolios
• Implementing Lean Portfolio Management– Assist inestablishingsystems that connect strategy to execution through value stream funding, portfolio governance, and metrics thatoptimizeinvestment decisions and value delivery
• Enabling Enterprise Agility– Support organizations in adopting
