Product Trainer (Fully Remote)

Responsible for designing and facilitating innovative instructor-led and eLearning solutions for customer-facing field teams. Collaborate with General Management, Marketing, Medical, and external vendors to develop learning assets. Key Responsibilities: Develop role-specific curricula and support progression from foundational knowledge to advanced application and thought-leader engagement. Conduct ongoing learning needs analyses and adapt training strategies based on internal feedback and field interactions. Manage assigned training budgets, support vendor contracts, and lead high-quality training programs. Qualifications: BA/BS required with 2-5 years of pharmaceutical experience preferred, including sales or sales training. Strong presentation, facilitation, and platform skills with AI fluency. Ability to partner across commercial, medical, market access, and patient services functions.
