We are seeking an enthusiastic and technology-driven Product Technologist to help customers understand and enjoy the innovative features of their new Volvo.The Product Technologist serves as the dealership's Volvo product expert, supporting customers throughout their ownership journey. This role is responsible for demonstrating vehicle technology, conducting new vehicle deliveries, providing post-purchase support, and assisting the sales and service teams with product knowledge.Key responsibilities include:Delivering exceptional customer experiences during new vehicle handovers.Educating customers on Volvo safety systems, infotainment, connectivity, Google built-in features, and driver assistance technologies.Conducting personalized vehicle orientations and answering customer questions before and after delivery.Supporting the sales team with product demonstrations and test drives.Maintaining expert knowledge of Volvo products, software updates, accessories, and emerging technologies.Assisting customers with pairing mobile devices, setting up connected services, and configuring vehicle features.Providing follow-up support to ensure customers are comfortable using their vehicle's technology.Training dealership staff on new Volvo models, features, and technology updates.Ensuring showroom and demonstration vehicles are properly prepared and updated.Working collaboratively with the sales and service departments to deliver a seamless customer experience.Qualifications include:Previous experience in automotive retail, customer service, or technology-focused roles is preferred.Strong interest in automotive technology and electric vehicles.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and customer-friendly manner.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Comfortable using computers, mobile devices, and digital applications.Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
