Leading product technology exploration and innovation, the full-time remote Product Technology Manager will be responsible for the overall product technology strategy, development, and deployment in the reflow soldering domain. Key responsibilities: Manage product technology exploration, innovation, and development for reflow soldering products Direct global engineering teams in new product development and maintain the multi-generation product technology roadmap Serve as the primary contact for customer interactions regarding product technology strategy and gather voice of customer insights Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering; Master's preferred 10+ years of relevant experience in product design, development, and technology management Strong understanding of the reflow soldering process and technology trends Experience with end-to-end reflow soldering product development Demonstrated ability to collaborate with global, cross-functional teams
