Working remotely, the part-time hourly Technical Product Support Specialist in Electrical will assist customers by selecting the right products, providing post-sales support, and answering troubleshooting questions for a variety of electrical and lighting systems. Key responsibilities Communicate with external and internal customers to provide technical product support via telephone Utilize multiple computer programs to identify solutions and document customer interactions effectively Maintain a high level of technical expertise on Grainger products through training and hands-on experience Required qualifications 5+ years of relevant experience in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical and lighting systems Experience with Industrial Controls and Automation Proficiency in computer use with the ability to navigate multiple applications simultaneously
