Roles & Responsibilities

Configuration Data Management Services

• Maintain the accuracy of key engineering attributes and configuration-related data in PLM.

• Plan, manage, and execute product structure changes for standard and plant-specific configurations.

• Create and edit logical features, feature rules, design variants, configuration features, configuration options, and customer requirement mappings.

Create and maintain document catalog templates and structures. Product Support

Create new and maintain lists of acronyms and requirements used in text-based documents Tool Support

• Review and provide access to tools required for supporting execution activities

Create and maintain user access groups, forms, workflows, and automation Data Analytics

Provide weekly data on volume by project and by deliverable type on a Technical Writer basis, planned v actual, requested v delivered, on schedule v late, backlog, throughput, and conditions related to quality, including first pass yield, defect trends, CRs and corresponding measures Progress Updates

• Perform daily task level statusing of activities started, in-process, or completed related to schedule, time control, forms, workflows, and other progress measurement systems
