Leading the strategic direction for payment products, the full-time salaried Product Strategy Manager will define and execute product lifecycle management, financial performance, and oversee the success of assigned products while collaborating across multiple business units. Key responsibilities Develop and maintain multi-year product strategies aligned with member needs and organizational goals Monitor product performance and manage KPIs to ensure strategic business outcomes Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic initiatives and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, marketing, technology, strategy, or related field; Master's degree preferred 5-7 years of experience in product management or product strategy, preferably in a financial institution PMP certification or equivalent experience leading large, cross-functional initiatives preferred Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and analytics/BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across cross-functional teams
