Talentry is looking for both a Product Engineer AND a Sr. Project Engineer with Aerospace experience.
The (Sr.) Project Engineer is responsible for leading and/or assisting in the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects within the organization. This involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define projectscope, goals, and deliverables in aircraft seat design (LOPA).
• Develop detailed project plans, includingtimelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Lead and/or assist in the execution of projectactivities, ensuring adherence to quality standards and best practices.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risksand issues.
• Monitor project progress, track key performanceindicators, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effectiveresource utilization.
• Foster effective communication and collaborationamong project team members.
• (Sr. only) Mentor and provide guidance to juniorproject engineers, fostering their professional development.

Requirements
Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or arelated field.
• Catia, AutoCAD, PLM
• Proven Aerospace experience
• 5+ years (Sr. 8+ years) of experience in projectengineering or project management.
• Strong understanding of project managementmethodologies and tools.
• Proven ability to lead and/or supportcross-functional teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, andanalytical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• PMP certification is a plus.
