Key responsibilities Provide user-facing support and resolution for leasing technologies, ensuring seamless experiences and adherence to support SLAs Champion AI adoption by orchestrating AI-powered workflows and maintaining a living prompt library for users Manage knowledge documentation, including product playbooks and user guides, to ensure accuracy and relevance as products evolve Required qualifications 2-4 years of experience in product support, property technology, or leasing operations Hands-on experience with AI tools, including prompt building and AI-assisted workflows Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences Self-directed and organized, capable of managing competing priorities in a dynamic environment Customer-first orientation with documented examples of high-quality support delivery
