Responsibilities
- Own the scientific relationship with partner project teams across modalities
- Guide med chem strategy: what to make, test, and advance
- Model in vivo outcomes from PK/PD/efficacy relationships to projected human dose
- Prototype scientific analyses and modeling experiments in code
- Set scientific direction for the platform and write feature requirements
Requirements
- 5+ years on project teams across multiple stages of drug discovery
- Broad technical range across cheminformatics, structure/physics-based modeling, ML, and DMPK
- Comfortable writing Python and picking up new tools
- Clear communicator capable of leading cross-functional discussions
