Responsibilities
- Complaint handling and disposition project
- Support for the intake of complaints from the pharmacy or outsourced call center
- Review complaints for potential embedded adverse events
- Triage complaints and assign risk
- Perform follow up and request returns.
- Determine if complaint requires FDA notification
Requirements
- 5+ years of PQC experience
- Experience in combination products
