This role bridges QA, Product, Engineering, and Operations, ensuring every release meets business and user expectations.Own end-to-end release quality for web, mobile, and API productsDefine release entry/exit criteria and go/no-go decisionsPartner with Product Owners to ensure acceptance criteria are testableOversee manual, automation, API, and regression testing activitiesCoordinate cross-team releases in Agile / SAFe environmentsAnalyze production defects and drive preventive actionsEstablish quality dashboards and release metricsImprove test efficiency using automation and AI-assisted toolsSupport UAT, hotfix validation, and post-release reviews10+ years in Software Testing / Quality EngineeringStrong experience in manual testing and test planningGood understanding of automation testing conceptsSolid hands-on experience with API testingStrong knowledge of Agile / Scrum / SAFeExperience handling production releases and stakeholdersExcellent communication and risk assessment skillsExperience with AI-based or data-driven productsExposure to DevOps / CI-CD pipelinesHealthcare, HRTech, or enterprise SaaS domain experienceCSPO / SAFe POPM / ISTQB certificationsHigh-visibility role impacting real usersLeadership without heavy people-management pressureStrong growth path toward Head of Quality / Delivery
