Tenergy offers competitive products in the market due to our global logistics, scale, quality, and commitment to customer satisfaction.Job DescriptionWe are hiring motivated Chinese English bilingual candidates to join our Global Product Management team, at junior to mid-senior level.This role focuses on product and project management and technical support for battery packs, battery management systems (BMS), and charger applications. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong learning ability, technical aptitude, and a deep interest in business operations and business development, with the goal of identifying new product applications and supporting customer success.Key ResponsibilitiesThe role will perform a subset of the following duties, depending on experience level:Product Project Management & Technical SupportUnderstand and coordinate internal product design efforts related to battery packs, BMS, and chargersAnalyze and validate product testing reports; provide technical feedback to internal design teams, project partners, and suppliersCreate product design communication materials (PowerPoint and Word)Review and analyze customer product requirement documentsParticipate in technical and project discussions with customers through written communication, verbal meetings, and recurring working groupsDevelop design proposals and project timelines; manage product design execution from concept, engineering validation, certification, through pilot productionProvide new product support to customers, including troubleshooting, product services, and launch schedule coordinationManage New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, including BOM managementWork with quality teams to investigate and resolve product quality issuesBusiness Operations & Business Development SupportCandidates should have a strong interest in business operation and business growth development, including:Support customers and internal business teams with product-related inquiries and initiativesPerform routine product management tasks such as:Product part number creationDatasheet maintenanceProduct pricing analysisSupport for marketing collateral developmentAssist with product market research to support product strategy and pricing structuresCollaborate with supply chain teams to execute new product launch plansWork closely with production and QA teams to ensure product quality and readinessCommunicate with vendors regarding product development, manufacturing, and logisticsCollaborate with global suppliers to:Communicate product requirementsEvaluate supplier proposals for design feasibility and costReview and verify product testing resultsApply project management principles to track progress and manage timelines effectivelyQualificationsChinese-English bilingual communication skills (written and verbal)Strong analytical and documentation skillsInterest in technical products, customer engagement, and cross-functional collaborationAbility to work with global teams, suppliers, and customersBachelor's degree, preferred in Engineering, Physics, or a related field.Goal-oriented and self-motivated, strong attention to detailsTeamwork player that can work cross many internal functions as well as external customer engagementAdditional InformationSalary 50K-100K depend on experience and duties.Benefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceMedical insuranceVision insuranceFlexible spending accountPTO/Paid Sick LeaveHolidaysJob LocationI'm interested
