Core Requirements:
- 6-9 years of relevant experience
- Experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar Agile role
- Strong experience defining features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Product backlog management and prioritization experience
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices
- Hands-on experience with Jira Align and/or Azure DevOps
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Job Responsibilities:
- Translate business needs into features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog.
- Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and related Agile ceremonies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, Scrum Masters, Business Analysts, developers, and QA teams.
- Validate completed work against acceptance criteria and business expectations.
- Track delivery progress and manage priorities using Jira Align and Azure DevOps.
