Job Title: Senior Analyst – Product Owner (Adobe Experience Platform)

Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)

Rate: $50–$55/hr on W-2 (No C2C or third-party candidates)

Required Experience & Skills:

  • 4–6 years in product management, preferably within a marketing technology environment
  • Hands-on expertise in Adobe Experience Platform
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including marketing, analytics, and engineering
  • Strong planning, execution, and strategic thinking capabilities
  • Able to write and prioritize product backlogs, capabilities, epics, and user stories
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Experience with digital experience survey platforms
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and optimize Adobe Experience Platform, prioritize features, and manage product backlog.
  • Roadmap Development:
  • Create and maintain a detailed roadmap of marketing platform enhancements and updates.
  • Survey Platform Management:
  • Handle intake and operation of the survey platform and integrate it with marketing initiatives.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Translate business requirements into technical specs and actionable work items for engineering teams.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Communicate project status, collect requirements, and ensure alignment across departments.
  • Performance Monitoring:
  • Analyze platform performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement enhancements.
