To drive throughput on engineering teams, the full-time remote Product Owner will organize and prioritize the backlog, identify blockers, and facilitate engineering ceremonies while collaborating with Product Engineers and Customer Success to ensure effective delivery. Key responsibilities Own and maintain the engineering team backlog in a prioritized state with a mix of strategic features, customer escalations, technical debt, and bug fixes Identify and escalate blockers early to minimize impact on delivery while managing engineering ceremonies to surface issues and manage workflow Partner with Product Engineers and Customer Success to translate solutions into user stories and appropriately scope customer escalations Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience 5+ years as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, or Technical Program Manager in an agile B2B SaaS environment Strong knowledge of agile and scrum methodologies with practical experience in prioritizing competing inputs Technical literacy to understand API specifications and engineering tradeoffs Experience with SaaS platforms and API integrations; IT Asset Management or ITSM experience is a strong plus
