Product Owner

Akkodis is seeking a Product Owner for a 12-month contract-to-hire with a client in Raleigh, NC 27609 (Hybrid).

Title: Product Owner

Location: Raleigh, NC 27609 (Hybrid schedule with 4 days onsite and 1 day remote).

Duration: 12-month contract with potential to convert to full-time

Pay Rate: $55-60/hr (The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.)

Shift: 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday

Job Description:

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Product Manager or Product Owner experience supporting enterprise search and digital products
• Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Strong Agile experience, including backlog management, sprint planning, user story creation, and collaboration with Scrum Masters and development teams
• Experience supporting customer-facing platforms such as POS systems, mobile applications, and B2B solutions
• Knowledge of SKU management, search technologies (Algolia, Vertex AI, Google Gemini), and product data management is preferred

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Product Management experience supporting software or technology products
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and cloud technologies
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
