Job Description

Our Healthcare Client is seeking to hire a Technical Product Owner for a multi-year remote contract. The role involves partnering with Software Engineering and Business teams to ensure product stability for the Utilization Management Product. Responsibilities include maintaining clear outcomes, managing change effectively, setting expectations, and clear communication with the business, vendors, and customers. The candidate will articulate user stories and break down feature work into manageable pieces.

Ideal candidates will have a Healthcare Industry background with detailed knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, Claims Systems, and Clinical processes. The role requires collaboration with external vendors, business stakeholders, and internal software engineering and architecture teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Stabilize and communicate during product updates to prevent stability issues
• Assess and communicate the impact of changes on product stability

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation : W2 ONLY - Not open to C2C. Exact pay varies based on skills, experience, and education.

Pay Range: $55/hr to $70/hr.

Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, HSA, FSA, DCFSA options, 401(k) with employer matching, paid sick leave, and other paid time off as per law. Benefits start on the 31st day of employment.
