Translating product strategy into actionable tasks, the full-time Product Owner will manage the product backlog, collaborate with engineering and design teams, and ensure that delivered features align with customer needs in a remote work environment. Key Responsibilities Own and prioritize the product backlog, writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria based on roadmap themes and customer requirements Collaborate daily with engineering and design throughout the development lifecycle, making trade-off decisions on scope and priority Validate that delivered features meet acceptance criteria and intended outcomes, serving as the primary contact for engineering on requirements Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, technology, or equivalent experience 2-4 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a related agile delivery/product role at a software company Working knowledge of agile/scrum methodologies and experience with backlog and sprint management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps Demonstrated ability to translate strategic direction and customer needs into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria Experience partnering with engineering teams and leading technical discussions on feasibility and trade-offs
