This role bridges Finance, Compliance, and Technology teams to ensure timely, accurate, and scalable regulatory reporting capabilities.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Technology.5+ years in U.S.
regulatory reporting, banking, or financial services.Strong knowledge of reports like Y-9C, 2052a, Y-14, Call Reports, etc.Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies; SAFe or PMP a plus.Familiarity with SQL, big data platforms (Hadoop, Cornerstone), and tools like AxiomSL (Adenza) or Nasdaq.Experience across IT disciplines (infra, dev, data analytics).Key Skills:Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.Comfortable leading conversations with technical and business leaders.Preferred:Experience with financial data architecture and cloud migration.Background in regulatory transformation or finance modernization projects.
