Product Owner

Responsibilities

• Challenge assumptions, identify gaps, and recommend opportunities to simplify and improve workflows.


• Translate business needs into well-defined user stories, acceptance criteria, and business requirements.


• Facilitate discussions between business and delivery teams to ensure alignment on scope and expected outcomes.


• Maintain a customer-first mindset, keeping business value and user outcomes central to all requirements.


• Support an Agile delivery team throughout the implementation lifecycle.


• Translate ambiguous processes into well-defined user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria


• Manage backlogs and sprint work in Azure DevOps (ADO)


• Work across multiple Dynamics 365 modules (CE/Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, etc.)


• Ensure all work aligns with HIPAA compliance requirements.


• Work with business stakeholders to understand current processes, pain points, and desired business outcomes.

Requirements

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or Computer Science with 2-3 years of experience.

Skills Required

• Experience as a Product Manager in CRM implementations, Dynamics 365 strongly preferred


• Healthcare industry experience — payer or provider side; clinical workflow exposure a strong plus, but solid operational curiosity and the ability to ask the right questions is the baseline


• Experience in with Azure DevOps (Boards, backlogs, work items)


• Comfortable working PST hours
