Experience: 2 5 years

Own and prioritize the product backlog for delivery logistics applications supporting store fulfillment, dispatch operations, delivery drivers, and customer deliveries.

Translate business and operational needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria while supporting Agile delivery, UAT, releases, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Own and maintain the product backlog, write and refine user stories and acceptance criteria, and ensure sprint readiness.
  2. Collaborate with engineering, QA, UX, operations, and business stakeholders to clarify requirements, manage dependencies, and support Agile ceremonies and UAT.
  3. Analyze operational feedback, defects, and metrics to prioritize enhancements, support production issues, and drive product adoption and continuous improvement.
