Job Description:
- We are seeking a Technical Product Owner III to manage and maximize the value of internal technology platforms supporting KFC’s digital operations.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog, translating engineering needs into clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Partner with SRE, DevOps, Solutions Architecture, Cloud, Security, and Platform Engineering teams to deliver effective solutions.
- Gather requirements and feedback from developers and technical teams to improve platform usability and developer experience.
- Support CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, observability, automation, and self-service platform initiatives.
- Track product adoption, user satisfaction, productivity, and operational metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Requires 1–3+ years of technical product ownership/product management experience, Agile expertise, and familiarity with DevOps, cloud, or SRE concepts.
