Must-Haves:

• 5-7 Years in Product Owner experience supporting the full product development lifecycle from intake through post-launch support
• Experience conducting cross-functional stakeholder discovery and gathering product requirements
• Experience identifying process and system impacts and translating requirements into capabilities, features, and deliverables
• Strong project planning, stakeholder management, negotiation, leadership, decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Experience with JIRA, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience applying AI-assisted methods to the production and review of deliverables

Plusses:

• Experience in Connectivity or Network Technology

Day-to-Day:

Insight Global is seeking a Product Owner for a top telecommunications client. This candidate will own the full product development lifecycle for assigned connectivity products, from intake through post-launch support. This person will partner closely with Product Line Management, Program Management, project management, engineering, leadership, and other cross-functional stakeholders to define project scope, identify process and system impacts, gather requirements, and develop capabilities, features, and supporting artifacts. This candidate will create and maintain core Product Owner deliverables, drive stakeholder alignment, establish effective communication plans, and provide day-to-day direction to impacted teams. This person will also serve as the product subject-matter expert, answering product and design questions and representing the development position during cross-functional and engineering reviews. xhqgsiq The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of connectivity technologies such as Internet, Fiber, Ethernet, Optical/Transport, or DOCSIS/Broadband and be comfortable driving change management, escalating challenges, and keeping complex initiatives on track.
