To drive meaningful improvements in endpoint management experiences, the full-time remote Product Owner - End User Services will manage the product roadmap, prioritize the product backlog, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance device management capabilities. Key responsibilities Facilitate product roadmap development and ongoing refreshes Own, define, and prioritize the product backlog to deliver secure, modern device management capabilities Collaborate with end users to gather requirements and identify opportunities for improvement Required qualifications 3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner in an Agile environment Experience supporting or delivering work related to Windows OS, macOS, or MDM platforms Familiarity with endpoint management and device configuration Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) Agile or Product Owner certifications are helpful but not required
