Serving as the primary business owner of the Bank's core banking system and ancillary products, the full-time Product Owner - Core Banking will manage product strategy, oversee backlog and requirement management, and ensure successful implementation of solutions in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business objectives Gather, analyze, and document business requirements while maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog Collaborate with IT, vendors, and business users to ensure timely and high-quality release of new features and enhancements Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field Minimum of 5 years in banking operations, technology, or product management Familiarity with core banking systems such as Fiserv and ancillary products Experience with dashboard reporting applications and advanced Excel skills Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
