Leading the development of audit and compliance capabilities, the full-time Group Product Owner, Compliance Solutions will manage the Pharmacy Audit Support product and oversee compliance workflows, ensuring regulatory adherence and enhancing support for pharmacies in a remote environment. Key responsibilities: Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for PSAO Audit and Compliance Solutions Own the Pharmacy Audit Support product, leading design improvements and enhancing audit support workflows Coordinate and track compliance with registration and licensure requirements, ensuring timely and accurate filings Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred in business, healthcare, pharmacy, regulatory affairs, or compliance 7+ years of experience in compliance, audit support, regulatory operations, or product management Strong understanding of pharmacy operations and payer audit dynamics Proven ability to define product roadmaps and lead cross-functional teams Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills with a focus on influencing decisions
