Key responsibilities Own and maintain the Contact Center cloud/data platform backlog, ensuring a continuous pipeline of implementation-ready work Translate business demand into actionable user stories and facilitate backlog refinement sessions across multiple delivery teams Lead Program Increment (PI) Planning activities and manage dependencies across teams to ensure alignment with strategic objectives Required qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Technical Product Owner, or in Agile Product Delivery, with at least 3 years supporting cloud-based technology platforms Expertise in backlog ownership and grooming, with the ability to independently write implementation-ready user stories Strong experience in cross-enterprise facilitation and prioritization, particularly in CCaaS/contact center technology Proficiency in leading PI Planning and quarterly planning events within Agile frameworks Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform, AWS, or Azure, with a preference for GCP
