Product OwnerWe are looking for a Product Owner (PO) to maximize product value by managing the backlog, define user stories, and align development with customer needs and company goals. As a key Agile team member, you will prioritize features, bridge communication between stakeholders and developers, and accept completed work, serving as the "voice of the customer".Core ResponsibilitiesProduct Backlog Management: Develop, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring the team works on the most valuable features.Stakeholder Management: Act as the liaison between stakeholders, customers, and the development team to define requirements and communicate progress.Defining Requirements: Create, refine, and prioritize user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria to align with product vision.Product Vision & Roadmap: Define and communicate the product vision and strategy to guide the development team.Sprint Participation: Actively participate in Scrum meetings (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives).Acceptance & Quality: Assess product progression, verify that completed user stories meet acceptance criteria, and accept or reject work.Market & Data Analysis: Use market research, customer feedback, and KPIs to inform product decisions and identify areas for improvement.Key Skills & QualificationsAgile Methodology: Deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe frameworks.Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.Decision Making: Ability to make quick, informed decisions regarding priorities and feature development.Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze customer feedback and data to drive value.Product Knowledge: Technical or domain-specific knowledge of the product being developed.Must have Wires, ISO-20-0-22 (book transfers, fed wire chips through clearing house SWIFT etc), EEO: "Mindlance is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate in employment on the basis of – Minority/Gender/Disability/Religion/LGBTQI/Age/Veterans."
