To support a project with the Department of Veterans Affairs, the full-time remote Product Owner / Business Analyst will manage product backlog, translate federal healthcare requirements into actionable items, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with security and accessibility standards. Key responsibilities: Establish and maintain a product vision and roadmap aligned with federal requirements and agency objectives Translate federal healthcare priorities into actionable product and backlog items while ensuring compliance with interoperability standards Serve as the primary liaison between business owners and technical delivery teams, managing stakeholder expectations and facilitating communication Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline Minimum of 8 years of professional analyst experience Demonstrated experience as a Product Owner and/or Business Analyst within Agile delivery environments Strong experience with SAFe/Agile methodologies, including backlog management and user story development Demonstrated expertise with EDI transactions and healthcare integration workflows
