If you are interested and a good fit, feel free to reach out.Location: Onsite AT New York, NY, Chicago Hoffman Estate, IL / Charlotte, NCJob description:Exposure to Equipment & Asset Finance in Leasing & Hire Purchase businesses at banks / Finance providersIdeally suited if with Motor Finance / Equipment finance backgroundFleet / Inventory finance exposure with large Finance providers like GM Financial, Reliance Trust, TD Auto FinanceDesirable exposure in Heavy equipment / Chattel / Luxury equipment financingExposure to the entire HP/Leasing lifecycle including Deal origination, Agreements, Hypothecation, Credit appraisal, and other Lifecycle eventsExperience with Agile methodology, writing user stories, managing scrum calls, etc.Consult with the business and product owners to prioritize and shape the product backlog, using Agile practices for prioritization around business valuePrimary responsibility to gather, analyze, document, and validate the needs of the business stakeholders.Engage with end users and subject matter experts to identify, develop, document, validate and endorse the requirements of their unit, demonstrating Agile behavior that emphasizes collaboration, delivery, reflection and improvement and deliver internal training for new features to team members and end-users by identifying needs, preparing materials and delivery as neededExcellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate to all project members and stakeholdersMust be a team player who works well with technical and non-technical resourcesMust be able to see tasks through to completion without significant guidancePreferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Masters Degree in Finance or equivalent (advanced degrees preferred)Excellent written and oral communication skills requiredAbility to multi-task and drive solutions that meet time-sensitive delivery commitmentsWorking knowledge of the Commercial Lending.
