Technology Investment Plan Execution RoleThe role is responsible for end to end execution of the technology investment plan, ensuring alignment across strategy, execution, delivery governance, and change management. The position involves significant operational leadership, orchestration, and transformation activities, with limited focus on financial modeling.Lead end to end execution of the technology investment and portfolio roadmapAct as a trusted advisor and right hand partner to senior portfolio leadershipTranslate strategic priorities into execution plans, milestones, and outcomesDrive portfolio governance, including prioritization, dependency management, and execution trackingOrchestrate cross functional delivery across technology, business, operations, and transformation teamsOwn operational cadence, including leadership reviews, status reporting, and escalation managementExecute change management activities, including adoption planning, stakeholder engagement, and communicationsIdentify execution risks, bottlenecks, and delivery challenges; drive timely resolutionEnsure alignment between portfolio initiatives, capacity, and enterprise prioritiesPartner closely with program, product, and engineering leaders to drive delivery disciplineEnable transparency into portfolio health, progress, and outcomes for executive audiencesSupport continuous improvement of portfolio operating models and execution processesMandatory skills: Credit Card, Banking, Financial Services, lean portfolio management12+ years of experience in portfolio strategy, operations, program leadership, or transformation roles, preferably in a technology-driven environmentProven experience leading large-scale, complex portfolios with multiple initiatives, stakeholders, and dependenciesStrong track record of end-to-end execution ownership from strategy through delivery and operationalizationExpertise in operating model design, governance, and execution managementDemonstrated leadership in change management, including driving adoption across diverse stakeholder groupsExceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills; ability to influence without direct authorityHighly structured, action-oriented problem solver with strong judgment and attention to detailComfortable operating in high-visibility, ambiguous, and fast-paced environmentsDesired skills: Project Management, Program management, Product Management, Lean Portfolio ManagementExperience supporting technology investment planning or enterprise-scale technology portfoliosBackground in consulting, strategy & operations, transformation, or internal advisory rolesFamiliarity with Agile, product-centric, or hybrid delivery models at scaleExperience serving as an interim or backfill leader during periods of organizational transitionStrong storytelling skills with the ability to synthesize data into executive-ready narrativesExposure to tools supporting portfolio governance, roadmap management, or enterprise planning (e.g., PPM, OKRs, road mapping tools)Domain (Industry): Cards, Banking, FSI Enterprise Platform, Lean portfolio Management, Banking
