Product Operations Lead: Optimize Inventory Guest Experience

lululemon’s Product Operations Lead is part of the store leadership team responsible for executing the store product strategy, including product operations and inventory management. They lead inventory shifts, oversee BOH operations, and ensure both floor and BOH are stocked and organized.

The role also participates in hiring decisions, acts as Supervisor on Duty, and delivers a world-class guest experience on schedule.
