Product Marketing ManagerAs our Product Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping and communicating Formal's value proposition to our target market. You'll work closely with our product, sales, and leadership teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive growth and establish Formal as a leader in the data security space.Responsibilities include:Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with Formal's business objectives and target audiencesBuild marketing campaigns (including in-person events, digital events, social/PR, customer marketing) to drive sales pipeline and acquire new customersCreate and maintain product positioning and messaging that differentiates Formal in the marketProduce high-quality marketing collateral, including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, and sales enablement materialsWork closely with the sales team to develop and refine pitch decks, demo scripts, and other sales toolsPlan and execute product launches, ensuring all teams are aligned and preparedAnalyze marketing performance metrics and provide insights on how to optimize ROI, strategies, and tactics.Requirements include:5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity industriesProven track record of successfully launching and marketing complex technical productsStrong understanding of data security, compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA), and cloud technologiesExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, compelling messages for various audiencesExperience working with sales teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies and sales enablement materialsAnalytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decision-making and measure marketing impactCollaborative spirit with the ability to work effectively across different teams and stakeholdersNice-to-haves include:Experience working in or with early-stage startups in the security or data management spaceStrong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneouslyCreativity and innovation in developing marketing strategies and contentPassion for technology and staying current with industry trendsCompensation includes:Cash compensation and a stock options grantThe positioning of offers within a certain range depends on various factors, including: candidate experience, qualifications, skills, business requirements and geographical location.Benefits (for U.S.-based full-time employees) include:100% medical, dental & vision insurance coverage for youPartially covered for your dependentsFlexible PTO
