To accomplish this mission, we are committed to attracting and retaining the best talent and an engaged and thriving workforce that drives a sustainable future for our company and society.Working at IPG Medical Group you can expect challenging projects, a motivating and friendly environment, and competitive benefits.Job ProfileLead new product introductions, including strategic segmentation, positioning, pricing, promotion, training and education programs; coordinate with and support marketing program with distributors and commercial partners in UrologyPlan and coordinate local commercial launches with distributor and commercial partners; drive equipment sales along with collaborative efforts for disposables, provide marketing input and coordinate marketing program of distributor and commercial partner in UrologyDesign and conduct regional training and educational programs for physicians, distributors, and commercial partners in UrologyEstablish and execute plans for increasing the utilization of productDevelop and execute marketing plans based on market and customer insightsCreate and maintain marketing materials and sales toolsPropose designs, generate content and drive continuous improvement of the company's websiteDevelop marketing programs for equipment, instruments and disposables for use in stone and soft tissue management proceduresGenerate market intelligence for pursuing new pre-clinical and clinical research with the company's proprietary Thulium Fiber Laser technologyQualificationsBachelors degree in business management, marketing, and/or scientific field5-8 years+ international product marketing experience in laser urology equipment or similar high-technology medical fieldExperience in working with external partners and distributorsExperience liaising with medical and scientific opinion leaders for obtaining information to develop new products with Thulium Fiber Laser technologyFamiliar with clinical studies and regulatory approvals for medical devicesAbility to communicate clearly and concisely, both in writing and verbally; comfortable with both formal and extemporaneous presentationsWillingness to take initiative and ability to work independently with many different types of tasks, while not being afraid to ask questions when in doubt.Strong sense of urgency and qualitySolid organizational skills and attention to detailCustomer focus
