Product Marketing ManagerWe are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to serve as the go-to-market authority for our Association and Fraternal verticals within our product marketing organization. This role is responsible for owning the product story, driving adoption and revenue growth, and defining how our software is positioned and communicated in these markets. The Product Marketing Manager partners closely with Product, Sales, and Growth Marketing teams to ensure our solutions resonate with association and fraternal buyers—delivering compelling messaging and enablement that supports long-term success and pipeline growth.What You'll Do:Vertical Market Expertise & PositioningBecome the authoritative expert on the Association and Fraternal verticals, including buyer personas, key challenges, competitive landscape, and market trendsDevelop compelling, differentiated, and value-based messaging and positioning that clearly articulates the benefit of our software to associations, fraternities, sororities, and other member-based organizationsConduct ongoing research to monitor competitive solutions and identify opportunities to strengthen our market positionBuild deep understanding of customer goals and use cases to ensure product stories align with the needs of association executives, staff, national organizations, chapters, volunteers, and membersPresent market insights, positioning frameworks, and GTM recommendations to cross-functional leadershipGo-to-Market Strategy & Revenue GrowthDevelop and execute comprehensive GTM plans for new product launches, features, and major releases tailored for the Association and Fraternal verticalsDefine pricing, packaging, and launch success metrics in collaboration with Product and Sales leadershipPartner with the Growth Marketing team to ensure marketing activities and events are targeted, relevant, and effective at driving pipelineTrack, analyze, and report on GTM success metrics, competitive performance, and market penetration to inform future strategyIdentify opportunities to expand product adoption and revenue within the Association and Fraternal verticalsContent Development & Cross-Functional CollaborationDefine and create content across the buyer's journey, including case studies, demos, website content, and sales enablement materialsWork closely with the Sales Enablement team to provide a complete suite of sales tools, including presentations, vertical-specific pitch decks, competitive intelligence, and product demosServe as the essential link between Product, Sales, and Marketing teams, ensuring alignment on product story and go-to-market executionPartner with Product to advocate for Association and Fraternal market and buyer needs in roadmap planning and prioritizationCollaborate with Sales and BDR teams to equip them with the tools and knowledge to win in these verticalsMarketing Operations & DocumentationMaintain accurate records of GTM plans, campaign performance data, competitive research, and market insightsUse marketing tools and platforms to manage and track launch status, pipeline impact, and content performanceAI-Enabled & Data-Driven Ways of WorkingLeverage approved AI tools and automation to improve marketing efficiency, content production, and research workflowsUse data, dashboards, and AI-supported insights to monitor GTM performance and identify opportunities earlyContinuously build AI literacy and apply AI-enabled practices as part of day-to-day workContribute to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline marketing workflowsWhat You'll Bring:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field7+ years of progressive experience in Product Marketing, ideally within a B2B SaaS or enterprise software environmentExperience marketing software or technology solutions to associations, fraternities and sororities, chapter-based organizations, or other member-based organizations strongly preferredUnderstanding of the needs and operating models of associations and fraternal organizations, including membership, chapter operations, financial management, events, engagement, and communicationsProven success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies that drive measurable business resultsExceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and compelling marketing narrativesStrong analytical and strategic thinking, with experience using data to inform decisions and drive alignment across cross-functional teamsExperience working cross-functionally with Sales and Product teamsTakes ownership and drives projects forward without being askedBuilds trust through consistency, clear communication, and follow-throughComfortable managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentThrives in a
