Combining marketing strategy with technical execution, the full-time Marketing Growth Engineer will design and optimize growth experiments, automate workflows, and enhance marketing performance in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Design and execute technical growth experiments across various marketing channels to drive customer acquisition Build and optimize marketing automation workflows to enhance lead generation and conversion rates Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize initiatives that improve marketing performance and pipeline generation Required qualifications 3-5+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Marketing Operations, or a similar technical marketing role Proven experience designing, implementing, and measuring A/B or multivariate experiments Strong understanding of marketing funnels, conversion optimization, and lead generation Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and web analytics tools Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to support marketing initiatives
