Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary AI Product Owner supporting production environments during platform migration initiatives.
- Provide hands-on AI production support and incident management for critical business applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues, ensuring minimal disruption to users.
- Partner with business users, technology teams, and stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and resolve application-related challenges.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as an AI Product Owner , AI Support Lead, or Production Support Analyst in an enterprise environment.
- Strong hands-on experience providing AI production support for business-critical applications (required ).
- Excellent critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills (required ).
- Strong troubleshooting and technical support experience with the ability to quickly identify and resolve issues.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Commercial Credit, Banking, or Financial Services environments.
- Knowledge of AI-enabled applications, workflows, and support processes. xhqgsiq
