I'm working with a well-funded, early-stage AI company building a platform to automate complex onboarding workflows for financial institutions.
The founders have successfully exited their previous venture, and the business is already seeing strong commercial traction.
They're looking for a Founding Product Manager to take full ownership of the product, working directly with the CEO and CTO.
The role:
- Own product strategy, vision and roadmap
- Lead the full product lifecycle, from customer discovery to launch
- Work closely with engineering, design and commercial teams
- Shape the product and direction of the business from an early stage
What they're looking for:
- 5+ years in product management
- Strong track record of end-to-end product ownership
- Experience in high-performing startup, scale-up or big tech environments
- High agency, commercially minded and genuinely hands-on
- Entrepreneurial background or side projects a big plus
Location: NYC, in-office
Compensation: Up to $200k + meaningful equity
