As the Product Manager, you will be responsible for setting the vision for the Omnichannel customer experience strategy initiative. You will have overall responsibility for the external and internal customer experience and supporting revenue and growth objectives.
You will work closely with departments across Marketing, IT, Sales, and Customer Support. You will be responsible for the overall vision, roadmap, ROI, budget and competitive analysis for the product.Objectives of the Role:Develop and maintain the strategic vision for the product including working with stakeholders on their vision and priorities. Synthesizes customer needs into strategies, requirements, roadmaps and OKRs.Analyze customer needs, current market trends, competitive analysis and potential partnerships from an ROI and build versus buy perspective.Articulate the program vision and direction to the Product Owners.Decompose the strategic vision into value streams and release trains.
Create, manage, and prioritize program backlog and plan Product Increments.Develop, implement and maintain production timelines across multiple departments. Articulate and conduct stakeholder review sessions and provide regular reporting of the progress made and impediments that need attentionRequired Skills:Bachelor's degree in product design, technology or related fieldStrong experience in a dynamic product management roleExperience with web customer onboarding processesAbility to maintain ROI and budgetingAbility to coordinate large scale efforts across multiple disparate teamsOutstanding organizational, communication, interpersonal, relationship-building skills conducive to collaboration at all levelsQuestions:Have you previously been responsible for Agile deliverables, including vision statements and roadmaps?Do you have experience in web user/account management?Do you have experience as a SAFe Product Manager?Desired Certifications :SAFe Scaled Agilist (SA)SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM)
